Our practice is exclusively virtual and by appointment only. A secure video platform is utilized to conduct sessions.

Individual therapy sessions are 45 minutes long and it is recommended that we meet on a weekly basis unless otherwise specified.

Like many private practices, we operate as an out-of-network provider and do not accept insurance. A super bill (invoice) can be provided at the end of each month to submit for reimbursement if you have out-of-network mental health benefits.
I recommend that you call the number on the back of your insurance card prior to your appointment and inquire about your benefits and deductible.

Payment is due in full at the end of each session. All major credit cards and HSA/FSA cards are accepted.

Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel a session. Sessions cancelled with less than 24- hour notice will be charged in full.
