  • Our practice is exclusively virtual and by appointment only. A secure video platform is utilized to conduct sessions. 

  • Individual therapy sessions are 45 minutes long and it is recommended that we meet on a weekly basis unless otherwise specified.

  • Like many private practices, we operate as an out-of-network provider and do not accept insurance. A super bill (invoice) can be provided at the end of each month to submit for reimbursement if you have out-of-network mental health benefits. 

    I recommend that you call the number on the back of your insurance card prior to your appointment and inquire about your benefits and deductible. 

  • Payment is due in full at the end of each session. All major credit cards and HSA/FSA cards are accepted. 

  • Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel a session. Sessions cancelled with less than 24- hour notice will be charged in full.
